Archbishop
N. Duncan-Williams is known in many parts of the world as the "Apostle
of Strategic Prayer" and is the
Archbishop and General Overseer of Christian Action faith
Ministries,
with over 100 affiliate and branch churches located in North
America, Europe, Asia and Africa. He is also the Founder and
President of
Prayer Summit International. Prayer Summit brings the message
and the power of prayer via conferences to many U.S. cities and
abroad
with its emphasis on corporate prayer and breaking down spiritual
barriers that hinder revival in specific cities.
Anointed
in the ministry of prayer, healing and the prophetic,
his teachings have touched countless lives over the past
twenty-five years. His intense passion for intercession
and strategic prayer is born out of his personal experience.
Archbishop Duncan-Williams offers counsel, direction
and mentorship to upcoming ministry leaders as well as seasoned
and established pastors and leaders. He has been instrumental
in revival in many parts of the world. Archbishop believes
that the different revivals that have come across the
nations of our world were a result of prayer: There is
no substitute for prayer; prayer is the lifeline of the
believer and the church of Jesus Christ. He also believes
that intercession will be the last move that will precede
the coming of the Lord.
"Preaching
is powerful, teaching is good, but none of these things
move heaven and change the course of events in the natural.
It is prayer that changes things. Teaching and preaching
does not heal the land, but it is when God's people humble
themselves and pray that heaven hears and heals the land;
communities, cities, nations and families". has
been recognized and God has divinely enabled him, on
many occasions to turn crisis-threatened churches around
and prophetically turn them in the right direction. Bishop
has a distinct apostolic calling to Africa. This has
included ministry to presidents as well as lending help
to the poorest of the poor. God has used him to birth
ministries in nations that are at the cutting edge of
the 10/40 window. Many who refer to him as a spiritual
father are currently on the frontline of ministry, preaching
to the Jew, in Israel, and to the Arabs in Lebanon and
throughout the Middle East. This apostolic calling has
caused the Archbishop to take from Ghana, the same truths
that have helped him build a strong dynamic ministry
of over 10,000 members, into other nations of the world. |
